Moonhack
Moonhack is an international event bringing together kids from across the globe for a week of coding. Over the past 8 years, more than 235,000 kids have coded as part of Moonhack.
Moonhack is set to return in October and this year we are hoping to make it bigger and better!
Theme - Mitigating Climate Change. The theme focuses on exploring some current issues our world faces due to climate change and what we can all do to help mitigate the changes. We can't give too much away but we can say that the projects may involve turtles, rising water levels, rubbish, agriculture, and our role in all of this.
Moonhack begins - 14 October
Submissions close - 30 November
Share your submissions back with us at Moonhack Headquarters for your chance to win prizes! Australian residents can enter into each Moonhack project category. For our global friends, you can enter the Great Pacific Garbage Patch competition, and if the winner, have your project turned into a Code Club project for the world to create!
